Hi and welcome to the Hive.
After almost 20 years of helping companies large and small improve their business, the one thing that I feel looking back on it all, is an enormous sense of privilege at having had that opportunity.
And even though I’ve now stepped out of my full-time consulting role, I still love helping business owners.
Each business is so different, and yet we share common challenges don’t we?
When I see the huge impact that even just one small piece of wisdom can make in a business, when I see a burden lifted or the spark of a new possibility light up for a business owner – well I have to tell you, that just flicks my switch.
So it would be such an incredible privilege for me to be able to play some small part in helping you realise your dreams … through the HIve.

Have a look at what people said about Berni here.
a passion for people
Berni graduated from the Royal Military College Duntroon – the Australian Army’s Officer Training Academy – with an information technology degree in 1980.
Following his time as a commissioned officer in a variety of IT, training and logistics related postings, he joined two fellow officers in a fledgling IT and management consulting firm.
Over the next 20 years that company grew from humble beginnings to employing over 50 consultants and undertaking projects around the world with client organisations ranging from international oil companies to small, local businesses.
So successful was their enterprise, that it was sought out and purchased by a large, public company.
Berni moved on to become the CEO of a not-for-profit venture. An organisation that was struggling. An organisation that had lost site of its ‘core business’ of producing radio programs. So in 2004, they started again virtually from scratch – it was very much a day of small beginnings.
Within just a few years the radio programs are heard through over 1,000 radio stations in 160 countries around the world. North America, Asia, the Pacific nations, Africa, Europe, the Middle East … and of course Australia and New Zealand.
Each time Berni sits down behind the microphone in the recording studio these days, he’s speaking with well over 10 million listeners around the world.
